A Flair for Chair: Master an apparatus familiar to all: the chair. This class focuses on conditioning, tricks, transitions, and moves designed around and in the chair to create erotic combos and choreography. Heels highly recommended!

Aerial Hammock Combos & Choreography: Learn the basics of spinning, moving in and out of the apparatus, and dancing in the air! This beginner-friendly class is designed to also help more experienced students polish their skills and finesse tricks and transitions. Long sleeve shirt required, leggings recommended.

Building a Bombshell: If you like surprises, this is the class for you – because you won’t know what we’re doing til you get here! It might be a strength & endurance class, it could be dance technique, maybe some pole tricks, or grounded flowing mixed with flexibility. Let’s play roulette! While accessible to most, this class requires pole experience and is not recommended for first timers.

Erotic Flowology: A floor-based class that encourages students to watch, interpret, and improvise instructor-led movements that embrace sensuality. Leave your inhibitions at the door!

EXPLICIT : A Pole & Floor Experience: Have you been waiting for a class to express your deepest sensuality, to showcase your darkest animalistic prowess, or manifest your inner provocateur? This workshop will be full of EXPLICIT dance moves, EXPLICIT song choices, AND EXPLICIT character development. While nudity is not allowed, our studio policies are relaxed for sexy attire.

Flexibility Unlocked: Are you ready to increase full body flexibility?! Join us for a class that utilizes active flexibility techniques mixed with dance flow. While we will work on full body flexibility – Resistance band training, block work, floor flow dance, and foam rolling are utilized into this class, it is recommended that you bring your own props!

Floor Play: A floor-dedicated class to help students feel better in their skin while slinking, sliding, and rolling. All levels welcome. Heels, layers, knee pads, and foot coverings are encouraged.

Flowing Flexibility: Experience a creative and dance based flexibility class like no other! Flowing Flexibility utilizes fluid floor dancing exercises, prompts, and looping movements that will help you tap into every part of your body. Our main goal will be to flow without thinking and to let our bodies take over. Knee pads, socks, loose pants/sweats and a shirt that covers your shoulder blades needed for this class!

Hammock Flips, Tricks, & Combos: Designed to build off of intermediate level hammock tricks, this class focuses on an ever-changing sequence to learn combinations, transitions, and build stamina. We will always provide you with hands on spotting, but you must be able to lift yourself! Previous hammock experience is needed prior to joining this class. Shirts with underarm coverage required at all times.

Heel Work & Dance Technique: Grab your platform heels and learn how to move gracefully while gaining ankle strength, stability, and flexibility while strutting, dancing, standing, and rolling around in your platforms like the pros! Having a strong and proficient pirouette is recommended before joining this class. A 7″or 8″ pole heel is needed for this class. *NO STREET SHOES*

Intro/Beginner Aerial Hammock: Where the aerial hammock love begins! This class will teach basic fabric conditioning, hammock flexibility movement, how to safely use the fabric for upright poses, and beginner inversions for spinal decompression. Long sleeve shirt required, leggings recommended.

Intro/Beginner Pole Dance: Where the pole love begins! This class will teach pole basics with conditioning, basic movements, how to link moves, and dance transitions. Students will be encouraged to explore freestyle movement and learn basic combos and sequences.

Level 1 & 2 Pole Dancing: This class builds off the foundations of pole, focusing on conditioning, linking poses, and dance transitions. Basic combos and sequencing are taught while students are encouraged to find their own movement style.

Level 2 & 3 Pole Dancing: Designed to build on Level 1 & 2 skills, this class progresses to include climbing and spinning technique, and longer trick combos.

Level 3 Pole Tricks & Dance: Focus on spins, transitions, & tricks – both static & spin pole that was designed to build off of technique that you have mastered in a Level 2/3 class.

Level 4+ Pole Tricks & Dance: This class focuses on spins, transitions, and tricks on both static and spin pole while building strength and flexibility. *Students must have consecutive climbs, aerial inverts, and be able to proficiently perform leg hangs without the use of hands.*

Pole Choreography: Build on and learn how to link skills with instructor led choreography. Style varies regularly, exploring sensual floor & flow, contemporary, lyrical, emo flow, fundamentals, freestyle, and more. Classes can be done in heels or barefoot. While accessible to most, it is not recommended for beginners.

Pole Fitness: Build your strength and endurance with conditioning and flexibility drills that range from across the floor exercises, pole work, mat work, and circuit training both on and off the pole. Get ready to sweat with this one! All levels are welcome with modifications offered to accommodate where students are in their aerial journey.

Private Instruction: Are you looking for some extra help? Schedule a private lesson for some individual time with an instructor on the apparatus of your choice! We can help you get started, focus on refining techniques, help you build new skill set, or prepare you for performances and competitions! We offer one-on-one private lessons as well as semi private appointments for up to 3 students. All Private Instruction appointments are accepted via email. Spin Pole Tricks, Combos, and Flow: Build off your knowledge of static pole and switch it to spin! Learn to control momentum and travel up and down the pole while focusing on combining tricks and transitions into flow-based movement in both upright and inverted movements.
