Lyra Choreo & Flow Series

This 4 week series is focused on choreography within the hoop and creating smooth transitions in our flow. This series is beginner to intermediate friendly, although attendance in a previous series is recommended. Fitted leggings & layers and grip aid (available in studio) are recommended.

Due to the progressive nature of this series, we highly suggest that you can attend every class in the series before signing up- there are no makeup classes. No refunds or transfers are offered once you sign up for this series. The cost of this series is $120.

Beginner Pole Dancing Series

This series was carefully created for those brand new to pole. Absolutely no experience is necessary! Our focus is on simple spins, working towards climbing, basic conditioning and learning to work with basic choreography. During our 6 weeks series you will be introduced to these different focuses: Beginner Spins & Tricks, Floor & Pole Transitions, Heel Work Basics & Flow, Intro to Pole Circuit, Intro to Spin Pole, and Pole Choreography.

Perfect Your Pirouettes

Pirouettes add a graceful flair to any routine or freestyle. Want to make your pirouettes pure perfection and learn a few new variations while you’re at it? In this 75 minute workshop with Nat we’ll be doing a rehab of all of our favorite pirouettes to make our technique flawless and then trying new ways to switch them up and add your own flair!
