Policies/FAQ

Policies/FAQ

Student and instructor safety is our top priority. Before attending, please review the following policies to ensure the best time possible for all! These policies apply to all group, private, and party clients. If there any questions, please contact the studio.

Age Requirements

All sessions offered at Aerial Bombshell are open to students 18 years and older. We do not allow minors to attend or participate.

Payments

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of your booking. Please use our online schedule to make your reservations. All of our packages have expirations dates, please keep this in mind prior to purchasing. You will be able to track this information on your Momence account.

Students must sign a waiver before attending their first class. All students should arrive 15 minutes early to be set and and ready for when class begins.

Class Tardiness

Entry will be denied 5 minutes after class starts. Once the doors are locked, they do not reopen! We understand that situations can sometimes interfere with arriving on time, but this policy is in place for safety. Proper warmups help prevent injury. The Late Cancellation policy applies to these situations. We do not make exceptions to this policy.

Class Cancellation

Class cancellations are taken via our online schedule. When you cancel your class with more than 12 hours notice, your session will be credited to your online profile for use at a later date (subject to expiration policies).

Late Cancellation Policy

By not showing up to your reserved class OR if a reserved class is cancelled less than 12 hours before it starts, student will lose that prepaid session. All “Unlimited Contract” clients will incur a $20 fee. We do not make exceptions to this policy.

Waitlist

If a class is full, join the waitlist!

When class occurs with more than 15 hours to its start time, customers get off the waitlist on a first-come first-serve basis. If something becomes available you will be automatically added. If you make it into the class from the waitlist, you will receive an email confirming that you have been added to the class!

If the class occurs with less than 15 hours and a space opens up, a text is sent out to everyone on the waitlist and the first to confirm will receive the space in class.

*By signing up for the waitlist you are authorizing Aerial Bombshell to charge your card on file for the class should you be added to the class. Please remember that if being on the waitlist no longer works for your schedule, it is your responsibility to remove yourself from the waitlist*

Transfers & Refunds

All of our classes, workshops, series, services, packages, parties, auto-pays, and gift certificates are not transferable to other clients, and cannot be combined with other discounted offers. We do not offer refunds of any kind. All sales are final. Have a medical emergency? We’ll work with you to determine if we can offer you an extension or studio credit. An example of this could be documented with a doctor’s note.

Party Deposits: Because we turn away other interested parties for the date and time you have booked, all deposit payments are both non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates and times.

Workshops & Series

Due to the progressive nature and exclusivity of our workshops and/or series, we highly suggest that before you make a commitment to building and developing these skills in an intensive environment, you can attend every class in the series or workshop date before signing up – there are no makeup classes should you miss any of the dates. No refunds, credits or transfers are offered once you sign up for a series or workshop.

Alcohol/Intoxication Policy

Under NO circumstances are drugs or alcohol permitted in the studio. Drinking is NOT ALLOWED PRIOR TO CLASSES OR EVENTS AT THE STUDIO. Any persons that arrive intoxicated/impaired/under the influence will NOT be allowed to participate and WILL be charged for their session. Aerial Bombshell has the right to refuse to allow in, or ask to leave, anyone that appears under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or mind altering substances with no refund.

Class Minimum

Although rare, we do reserve the right to cancel class should our participants minimum not be met. Group classes and workshops require a minimum of 3 people. In the event the studio needs to cancel a session, your class credit/package will remain in your account. This may also occur when inclement weather/extreme storms are taking place.

What should I wear/bring to class?

Different classes require different attire!

For every class you’ll need : A yoga mat, a water bottle, and grip aid. Don’t have those? Not a problem! We have all of them for sale in studio if you forget anything at home! Please be aware that we do not allow street shoes on the studio floor.

Pole Classes : Layers are always recommended for pole classes as these sessions are incredibly versatile. It is suggested that you have pants, shorts, a supportive top, a top that covers your shoulder blades, kneepads, socks, and pole specific heels.

Hammock Classes : For hygiene purposes, hammock classes require underarm coverage at all times. Long sleeve shirts and leggings are recommended. No zippers or anything that could potentially snag the fabric, please!

Floor Classes : Layers are highly recommended for any floor based dance class – We suggest bringing shorts, pants, a supportive top, and a shirt that covers your shoulder blades. You’ll also want kneepads and either socks or pole heels.

Flexibility Classes : Pants and a comfortable top are suggested for our Flexibility classes. Props such as blocks, foam rollers, straps, and bands are highly recommended.

Aerial Silk Classes : Tight fitting pants like leggings and midriff coverage is highly recommended. No zippers or anything that could potentially snag the fabric, please!

Lyra Classes : Leggings and a supportive/comfortable top are suggested for your Lyra Class!

What kind of heels should I wear?

Barefoot is always welcome, especially when first starting out on your Pole Dancing journey! Please keep in mind that we do not allow street shoes/heels on the studio floor and a Pole Heel would be needed when you are ready! We suggest starting with a 7″ Pleaser USA heel, either the “adore” or “sky” models are the perfect place to start!

We do not allow heels with: rhinestone, studs, spikes, chains, zippers, or sharp objects on them – we know they are beautiful but they cause damage to the floors and equipment.

Important Class Details
