*Due to the progressive nature of these workshops & series, we highly suggest that before you make a commitment to building and developing these skills in an intensive environment, you can attend every class/date in the series or workshop before signing up – there are no makeup classes should you miss any of the dates. Aerial Hammock Tricks & Dance: This 6-week series focuses on fundamental movements in the hammock and exploring movement through dance. This multi-level series is beginner friendly, with one hammock dedicated to each student for the duration (no sharing of the series. Long sleeve shirt required, leggings recommended.

Aerial Silks Intro/Level 1: Designed for both newbies and those looking to strengthen their aerial silks skills, this class will teach climbs, wraps, and combinations on two independent pieces of fabric.

Beginner Pole Dancing Series: Created for complete beginners, this series focuses on spins, conditioning, and the basics of choreography. This 6-week series will introduce students to focuses found in traditional weekly classes, including: Beginner Spins & Tricks, Floor & Pole Transitions, Heel Work Basics, Intro to Pole Circuit, Intro to Spin Pole, and Pole Choreography. Layers such as pants, shorts, and sleeveless shirts are recommended while knee pads and heels are highly encouraged.

Taking Your Flexibility Further: This 2-hour class will move through the whole body for a complete flexibility session. Several techniques and props will be utilized, and layers are highly encouraged.

Heels and Hoops: Explore the sexier side of Lyra in this 4-week session. This series will work on fluidity and movement on and off the hoop, as well as incorporate groundwork. Previous Lyra experience required. Heels are not required but highly encouraged.

Intro/Beginner Lyra : This class will have a strong focus on the basics! We will go over strength training techniques in and around our hoops, basic tricks and sequencing, as well as dance technique. In this class we will be sharing equipment.

Level 1–3 Intensive & Test Out: Get ready to move onto more advanced tricks and combos with this four-hour session to prep you! Each movement for Levels 1–3 will be covered with approximately one hour dedicated to each level and enough time left over for test outs during each section.

Level 4+ Pole Flips, Tricks & Drops: This 8-week series will incorporate static and spin tricks for upper- level students. Learn combos and tricks each week to build strength, stamina, and skills. Strong inner and outer leg hangs are required without previous instructor permission.

This is Burlesque: Release your inner vamp through this cheeky dance series. Learn the history of burlesque, traditional movements, how to create a persona, and create costumes. It all comes to a head with a student showcase to strip down and show off.
